Frederick Jones Love the whole space vibe here. This album really keeps my attention from the very first note to the very last one. Love the guitar work, tone of the guitars and the presentation of the whole album is flawless. these guys came out of nowhere for me but I'm so happy I discovered them. There other work is just as awesome as this one. Favorite track: The Sun Remembers Everything.

👁⃤ These guys totally remind me of Dozer, not that that's a bad thing. Nothing better than the old school stoner sound to these old ears.
Harry Harrison

Harry Harrison After reading these guys Bio, you sorta’ get an idea of where they're coming from. And I’m telling you…it’s a place of ‘awesomeness’. Like Kyuss on steroids; Snake Thursday will distort your speakers and mind to create a utopia of sound. Big, angry Stoner Rock is what you’ll find here and it is nothing but good….. Favorite track: Planemos.

Planemos 03:20
PLANEMOS Been looking for you now I've been looking so long I come out of the cold dark Right into your world Got nothing to lose now Let me be your whore A bit unstable Perpetual bond Come on and let me love you On wings of song Come on and let me love Your rivers of hope I want to squeeze you tight and Never let go A bit unstable Perpetual bond Come on and let me love you On wings of song A bit unstable Perpetual bond Solitary wanderer On wings of song

IMPLODE THE EARTH Flying low beneath the sun What is precious will be gone Silver lands still far from shore There will be no going home Yeah Feel like crying Today I put us all to sleep Gates of tomorrow come crashing all around us No clue, no knowledge Of 93 years of atomic despair In search of hope in desperation we go under No clue, no knowledge Of 93 years of atomic despair Doomsday breathing under ground We release the deadly cloud Shadows give a place to hide All the others left behind Yeah Don’t feel like dying Today I won’t give this world a chance Gates of tomorrow come crashing all around us No clue, no knowledge Of 93 years of atomic despair In search of hope in desperation we go under No clue, no knowledge Of 93 years of atomic despair Gates of tomorrow come crashing all around us No clue, no knowledge Of 93 years of atomic despair In search of hope in desperation we go under No clue, no knowledge Of what is ahead of us, who is to blame

BEYOND AURORA Anguished in cities of infinite constraint In vain dreaming of paths that lead to the unknown Gazing into the light Beyond the setting sun Whispers on the wind Celestial symphony Faith, hope, necessity Drive us towards a thousand suns Lending each of us a new soul For the journey’s time, different than a human one Setting into the core Of the sunset Something has begun Beyond the horizon Pass the point of no return New dusk, new dawn, reaching ground, tasting soil This is the new dawn This is the new dawn Beyond aurora

Ego Trip 03:43
EGO TRIP Playing with illusion with a smile Drawing a conclusion's not a crime So take an ego-trip deep inside your mind Leave all the girls and boys behind Paranoia, speculations Self-delusion, calculation 'cause in the country of the blind the one-eyed man is king It's just a different state Quite erratic, the lights are on Rats in the attic, no one is home So put away your toys and take that final step Leave all the little things behind Hypnophobia, blood relation Disillusion, desolation 'cause in the country of the blind the one-eyed man is king It's just a different Paranoia, speculations Self-delusion, calculation 'cause in the country of the blind the one-eyed man is king It's just a different state

MORE THAN HUMAN He was afraid just enough to stay alive Roamed off the beaten path, no name, no need to thrive Killed like an animal, no hate and no joy Just look into his eye, tonight a new beast is born Walk the face of the Earth with a broken mind Different kind We roam the world incomplete to become more than human New roles assigned Slept like an animal, different than human sleep Always ready to run while we seek shelter in our dreams Put the parts together, something new is born tonight No rules, no limits in this subset of one Descending down Walk the face of the Earth with a broken mind Different kind We roam the world incomplete to become more than human New roles assigned

THE SUN REMEMBERS EVERYTHING It's been long now hiding from the rain Now it's time for this boy to hit the road again These old shoes have seen better days Is that dust in your eye? Don't you complain Don't you complain Let the sky above guide my path Shadows of my past right behind my back These old shoes have seen better days Am I lost or have I found my way? Find my way Walk a long and lonely road Towards the setting golden sun May the last breath of the day Calm my soul and clear my name Clear my name Nothing changes but it's never the same Distant demons of yesterday now far away These old shoes have seen better days May I find my home where I lay my head Walk a long and lonely road Towards the setting golden sun May the last breath of the day Calm my soul and clear my name Walk a long and lonely road Towards the setting golden sun May the last breath of the day Calm my soul and clear my name

Limbo Spin 04:31
LIMBO SPIN Let me tell you what I think about this game Through different eyes things are not the same In limbo for eternity Illusion of reality Ask yourself a question what you really want Look for the answer deep inside your mind It’s easy to fall in a dream Illusion of reality Calamity of the human race The more we want, the more we crave Spinning around, is it time to set off? The planets align With both hands tied you stand your ground Running, got me running through the open roads Hiding, got me hiding into the unknown A trip around the universe is all I need to realize The look of a million fakes And the breath of a million lies It all keeps getting clearer now Bogus reality sublime In limbo for eternity Illusion of reality Calamity of the human race The more we want, the more we crave Spinning around, is it time to set off? The planets align With both hands tied you stand your ground Spinning around From dusk till dawn Spinning around On and on and on Calamity of the human race The more we want, the more we crave Spinning around, is it time to set off? The planets align With both hands tied you stand your ground

COSMOGONIST'S APPRENTICE Merging spirals Forging worlds Igniting darkness Waking stars And now you lay your head in smoke So do I Brighter than a thousand suns Sleeping giants Frozen walls Rising eons Silence calls And now you lay your head in smoke So do I Brighter than a thousand suns And now you lay your head in smoke So do I Brighter than a thousand suns

"In similar vain to Dozer and a metaller Kyuss, Snake Thursday are a band making a statement of intent in the stoner scene: heavy, fuzzy, and downright addictive!"
HEAVY PLANET

"Płyta kompletna, dopracowana i wciągająca przy tym jak bagno. Kupować, nabijać bonga i odpływać..."
METAL HAMMER POLSKA

"Bass-heavy fuzz drenched with a hefty dose of smoke and covered in filthy desert dust. Snake Thursday should not only appeal to the average Stoner Rock fan, it will have the experts jumping for joy as well."
THE RIPPLE EFFECT

"Snake Thursday have tapped into a real sweet spot between their own flavor and that of more traditional heavy rock, making this one sure to please fans of the genre in any form."
RIDE WITH THE DEVIL

"If you like well-crafted burning riffs ala Dozer and/or more psyched out stuff ala Truckfighters, then Snake Thursday is your goto band!"
MORE FUZZ

"Snake Thursday have delivered an excellent slice of stoner metal that isn't afraid to spread its wings beyond the normal confines of the genre [...]."

about

Snake Thursday Poznań, Poland

We are the band, in rock and roll we trust. Three guys from Poznań, Poland. Our minds filled with folk tales of ancient forests, legends of our forefathers who first reached out to the stars, and dreams of what’s to come. We believe in fuzzy riffs, punchy grooves and a healthy dose of psychedelia. We are here to play, and we are here to stay. ... more
